House Rules

On The Rocks Villa is first and foremost a private home, not a hotel. Built directly on the Indian Ocean shoreline at Eersterivierstrand, the property is subject to sudden coastal weather changes — including high humidity, strong winds, and heavy swells. Guests are expected to care for the property accordingly and to treat it as they would their own home.

House Rules

• No pets allowed
• No parties
• No abuse of the home facilities
• No moving furniture
• No smoking inside the house
• No fire to be lit on the wooden deck
• The fireplace mustn't be used as a braai
• Doors and windows must always be latched because of the wind
• Terrace cushions should be stored indoor at night and when it rains
• Always latch the umbrellas after opening
• Switch off all candles before retiring to bed or leaving the house
• Use the provided beach towels for use at the beach
